Minister Keisha Natalee Cole
Minister Keisha Natalee Cole is a devoted servant of God whose ministry is rooted in faith, restoration, and a passion for helping others become spiritually, emotionally, and practically whole.
A native of St. Andrew, Jamaica, Minister Cole migrated to the United States in 1982 and was raised in Newark, New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University, a Master of Business Administration from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Certificate in Biblical Studies from New York Divinity School.
Minister Cole began ministering through music at the age of 12. Throughout her musical journey, she has had the opportunity to sing alongside renowned gospel artists, including Pastor Shirley Caesar and Vickie Winans, and released gospel music in 2012. In August 2016, she was licensed to preach the Gospel at Mount Zion Baptist Church of Boonton Township, New Jersey.
She currently serves as an Associate Minister at Mount Zion under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Lisa A. Clayton. Over the years, Minister Cole has served in numerous areas of ministry, including Young Adult Ministry, Bible Study, Sunday School, Media Ministry, and church communications. She currently leads Mount Zion’s Media Ministry and Young Adult Ministry and is passionate about using traditional and digital platforms to share the Gospel and strengthen the church’s connection with its members and community.
Beyond the walls of the church, Minister Cole is the co-founder of Fearless By Design, an initiative dedicated to empowering individuals through spiritual, financial, and physical education. She is also a preacher, inspirational speaker, author of From Ruins to Restoration, and creator of Talk Money Thursday, the BOSS Up Series, and the I Hate It Here series.
As a proud mother of four, Minister Cole understands the importance of faith, family, perseverance, and purpose. Her life and ministry reflect her belief that our past does not disqualify us—it can become the very testimony God uses to bring hope and healing to others. Her desire is to inspire people to confront their fears, embrace their God-given identity, and boldly become everything God has called them to be. She lives by the faith-filled declaration, “What God has for me is for me.”
